Contract Technology Recruiter

Location: Remote or from a hirify.global office in New York, NY; Englewood Cliffs, NJ; or Orlando, FL. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview.

Salary: $45–$75 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Recruit specialized technology talent across software engineering, data engineering, AI/machine learning, analytics, infrastructure, platform, and product.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean and X-ray search, talent mapping, communities, networking, and referrals.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on requirements, skill calibration, talent availability, target companies, level, and compensation.
• Use candidate feedback, sourcing results, competitive intelligence, and market data to improve search strategies.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through assessment, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Manage approximately 15–25 concurrent requisitions and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR, Compensation, interview teams, and recruiting partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant experience recruiting complex technology talent.
• Exceptional advanced-sourcing capability and a track record of engaging passive, specialized, and hard-to-find technical candidates.
• Experience recruiting across software engineering and data engineering, with exposure to AI/ML, analytics/data science, infrastructure/platform, and product talent.
• Technical recruiting fluency covering SQL, Python, APIs, infrastructure, data architecture, AI, and machine learning.
• Strong consultative stakeholder-management, communication, relationship-management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
