Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles, including Senior Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and Data Engineers, as well as non-technical positions.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies for Department of Defense programs and government contracts, including cleared and clearance-eligible candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Head of HR to define roles, align candidate profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
• Build passive-talent pipelines across the AI and defense sectors and improve the candidate interview and feedback experience.
• Own and scale the onboarding program into a day-one-ready process.
• Improve employee lifecycle workflows, documentation, offboarding, and data integrity while advising on People Operations programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth startup, government contractor, or fast-paced technology environment.
• Direct experience recruiting for Department of Defense programs or government contracts.
• Familiarity with Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI security clearance processes.
• Experience managing the full talent funnel, including intake, sourcing, interviews, and complex offer negotiations.
• Strategic partnership skills, executive presence, organization, attention to detail, and comfort operating independently in ambiguity.
• Strong interest in People Operations and building scalable processes from the ground up.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or improving onboarding and employee lifecycle programs.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Onboarding.
