Senior Technical Recruiter (AI): Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and product-building teams with an accent on finding exceptional talent for hard-to-fill Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles. Focus on leveraging data and AI tools to drive improvements in hiring processes and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Location: Remote (Americas-based)

Salary: $119,000–$178,400

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to closing top candidates.
  • Find or create new and unique sources of talent beyond traditional platforms.
  • Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience and facilitate inclusive hiring processes.
  • Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, consistently making 3+ hires/month.
  • Leverage data and a wide range of technology, including AI and automation tools, to drive hiring process improvements.
  • Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's internal AI transformation by experimenting with new workflows and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at a software or technology company.
  • Experience evaluating candidates for Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles.
  • High degree of AI fluency, understanding where human intervention is still needed.
  • Data-driven approach to track pipeline health and adjust search strategies.
  • Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to pivot quickly.
  • Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.
  • English: B2 required.
