What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to closing top candidates.
- Find or create new and unique sources of talent beyond traditional platforms.
- Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience and facilitate inclusive hiring processes.
- Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, consistently making 3+ hires/month.
- Leverage data and a wide range of technology, including AI and automation tools, to drive hiring process improvements.
- Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's internal AI transformation by experimenting with new workflows and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at a software or technology company.
- Experience evaluating candidates for Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles.
- High degree of AI fluency, understanding where human intervention is still needed.
- Data-driven approach to track pipeline health and adjust search strategies.
- Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to pivot quickly.
- Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.
- English: B2 required.
