Sr. Rev Ops Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate billing-related operational workflows across the Parking business units and collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, and Onboarding.
• Own financial reporting for the Parking Group, including revenue, MRR, usage-based charges, and planning data.
• Oversee billing execution, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Analyze workflows, document SOPs, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Support sales planning, commission validation, forecasting, pipeline analysis, CRM integrity, and management reporting.
• Mentor billing and operations team members and support knowledge transfer and succession planning.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, business operations, or related roles in a SaaS or technology-enabled environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep familiarity with billing, accounting, and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with subscription-based, usage-based, or transaction-based revenue models.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote role.
