TL;DR

Geo Regional Revenue Operations Business Partner (SaaS): Providing cross-functional leadership and operational support to EMEA & Israel Sales leadership with an accent on driving sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and strategic growth. Focus on translating complex analytics into actionable business narratives, governing annual planning, and optimizing sales processes through Salesforce and other GTM tools.

What you will do

  • Drive consistent business cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and QBRs.
  • Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to regional GMs to address performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Govern the annual sales planning process, including quota, headcount, and territory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to drive sales process enhancements.
  • Influence executive leadership by translating complex analytics into compelling business narratives.
  • Lead operational initiatives during GTM shifts, compensation changes, and coverage realignments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of revenue operations or related experience in a B2B software company.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce design, database management, and administration.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Sales leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in both new business acquisition and recurring revenue streams.
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to adapt to different executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience with Clari and Qlik.
