What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable, high-performance cloud-native systems.
• Own complex technical solutions end-to-end within production environments.
• Collaborate on distributed multi-tenant system architecture.
• Raise engineering quality through design discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to data processing and system performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of modern software design principles and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to deliver and own complex solutions in production.
• Experience working with distributed multi-tenant systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience building full-stack systems at scale using React and .NET.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability trade-offs, and secure-by-default design.
• Experience working in high-scale or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
