Salary: $126,000–$190,000

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate scalable, high-performance cloud-native systems.
- Own complex technical solutions end-to-end within production environments.
- Collaborate on distributed multi-tenant system architecture.
- Raise engineering quality through design discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to data processing and system performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native or distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of modern software design principles and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to deliver and own complex solutions in production.
- Experience working with distributed multi-tenant systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident response.
Nice to have
- Experience building full-stack systems at scale using React and .NET.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability trade-offs, and secure-by-default design.
- Experience working in high-scale or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
