Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in London (Waterloo), England, United Kingdom. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Salary: £85,100–£112,200 per year, plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver multiple software and product initiatives across independent product teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Engineering leaders, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, schedules, dependencies, risks, and releases.
• Develop, implement, and track project plans, schedules, release forecasts, status reports, and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support delivery across Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and waterfall methodologies.
• Configure and continuously improve Jira projects, Confluence spaces, sprint reporting, and release forecasting.
• Assess team process maturity, coach teams, and lead continuous process improvements, including the use of agentic AI.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience managing software or product development projects or working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in software engineering environments.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver software products.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, reporting, and documentation tools, including Atlassian software such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI for project management processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to lead and collaborate successfully with people across different disciplines and experience levels. Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working on government contracts.
• Experience leading software projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or CSM certification.
• Background in business analysis, requirements management tools, and configuration.
• Ability to pass a security investigation and meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information.
