Project Manager, Public Sector

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $73,000–$110,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple digital and technology projects for federal government clients.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, documentation, and status reporting.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Monitor scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget performance while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Build client relationships, facilitate meetings, and prepare summaries and project deliverables.
• Support contract execution, scope changes, Statements of Work, estimates, proposals, and delivery process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience supporting digital, technology, or consulting projects.
• Experience managing projects for federal government clients or in a government contracting environment.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience with project schedules, budgets, resource planning, client communications, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance preferred. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is expected.
