Enterprise Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote with up to 20% travel required for on-site enterprise rollouts

What you will do

• Lead enterprise software implementations involving five or more senior care communities.
• Manage large-scale, multi-community deployments from planning through delivery.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to align projects with customer goals.
• Design and deliver training for technical and non-technical users.
• Develop change management and user adoption strategies for enterprise environments.
• Support on-site enterprise rollouts with up to 20% travel.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise-level software implementation projects, preferably in SaaS or multi-site organizations.
• Strong project management experience leading large-scale, multi-community deployments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Experience designing training programs and applying change management and user adoption strategies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and G Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the senior living industry and multi-site implementations.
• Project management or change management certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Prosci.
