Deployment Strategist

Location: Manhattan, NYC area; five days per week in the office. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, flexible depending on years of experience.

What you will do

• Run customer kickoff calls and define deployment scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Own product configuration, setup, and the full deployment project plan through go-live.
• Align customers and internal teams, present progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues during implementation and resolve them independently.
• Train end users, drive early product adoption, identify deployment risks, and complete the handoff to Customer Success.
• Share recurring deployment feedback with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or onboarding for a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience managing the full implementation lifecycle for a software product.
• Experience leading kickoff calls, presenting to stakeholders, and independently managing project plans.
• Track record of meeting deployment deadlines, with specific implementation metrics such as customer count and time to go-live.
• Strong ownership, communication, organization, and deadline-management skills; able to manage multiple deployments concurrently.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area for a five-day-a-week in-office role.
