Strategic Onboarding Manager - Enterprise (OEM)

Location: Onsite in Lehi, Utah, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact during initial onboarding of strategic automotive accounts.
• Manage account connections, integrations, project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Deliver tailored training for customer locations and monitor usage to support successful implementation.
• Manage scope, report project status and issues, and resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Coordinate implementation with Integrations, Implementation, Product, Enterprise Customer Success, Technical Product Support, and Engineering.
• Build internal processes and ensure effective handoff to Enterprise Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding or implementation; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Technical experience connecting SaaS systems and working with complex customer environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging enterprise customers and partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Bachelor’s degree.
