Intake & Engagement Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish & Remote)

Location: Remote from the United States; U.S. work authorization required. Travel within the U.S. is required up to two times per year for in-person meetings.

Salary: $54,500–$60,500 per year, plus a $3,000 bilingual differential.

What you will do

• Guide patients, caregivers, SLPs, and clinicians toward AAC products aligned with individual communication needs.
• Build expert knowledge of devices, software, accessories, and product enhancements, and translate clinical and product information into personalized recommendations.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, email, Zoom, and online chat conversations, including AAC device demonstrations.
• Nurture leads and intake opportunities through consultative engagement and strategic follow-up.
• Screen customers for trial appropriateness, explain the trial process, and collect missing patient, insurance, demographic, and diagnosis information.
• Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant CRM records, monitor HubSpot trends, and report weekly metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish is required.
• At least two years of B2C or B2B customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online chat tools.
• Strong communication, listening, empathy, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; the position participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• AAC experience.
• HubSpot or other CRM experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing, healthcare, or durable medical equipment.
