Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote GA)

Location: Remote from Georgia, United States; occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with potential for an additional $1.00 per hour after successfully completing the bilingual assessment.

What you will do

• Handle member, broker, provider, and vendor interactions across multiple channels.
• Manage assigned caseloads while meeting service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations.
• Learn and apply Oscar’s processes, procedures, tools, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor work-in-progress issues, escalate cases through established pathways, and support timely resolution.
• Build working relationships with internal and external partners and support process improvement projects.
• Follow operational, regulatory, compliance, and Personal Health Information requirements.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work remotely while residing in Georgia, United States.

Nice to have

• Strong quantitative or analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience entering and manipulating accurate data.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office skills.
