What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for electrical hardware design and development across multiple feature areas and divisions.
• Develop technology roadmaps for electrical and hardware engineering teams, identifying gaps and solutions for future growth.
• Communicate technical strategy and roadmaps to executive staff, industry partners, and customers.
• Integrate advanced technologies, theories, and techniques into large, cross-disciplinary projects.
• Provide design input, consultation, and feedback for new product development and design reviews.
• Lead industry-focused research and development while mentoring less-experienced engineers and influencing future technical leadership.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in electrical design, engineering tools, electronic hardware architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with electrical and hardware design, hardware architecture, electronics, PCB design, schematic capture, and systems design.
• Knowledge of FPGA, MATLAB, Python, C++, simulations, debugging, and oscilloscope-based work.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
