Finance & Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: NYC office, on-site. Paid relocation support is available for moving to NYC.

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with founders and the executive team on strategic finance priorities, fundraising materials, board reporting, and investor communications.
• Build and maintain financial models for pricing, market sizing, unit economics, and major business decisions.
• Lead strategic analysis of competitive positioning, new markets, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Revenue on pipeline and revenue forecasting, unit economics, and market ROI analysis.
• Develop external-facing materials for investors, board members, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with data and engineering to build infrastructure for financial and business insights.

Requirements

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or a relevant high-growth or venture-backed startup.
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to work quickly and independently.
• Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, curiosity, organization, and self-management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ownership mentality, bias for action, strong motivation, and work ethic.
