Base salary: $70,000–$87,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own enrollment goals and growth initiatives for key device categories and virtual power plant programs.
• Lead end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, to increase measurable enrollment.
• Analyze the customer journey, identify friction points and bottlenecks, and optimize marketing channels.
• Use marketing analytics and existing datasets to develop data-driven pitches and strategic recommendations.
• Manage paid media reporting and coordinate external copywriters and designers on messaging and creative assets.
• Build co-marketing opportunities with OEMs, complementary brands, and communities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of non-internship marketing experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels and a strong foundation in marketing analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, CMS platforms, and marketing tracking tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Strong project management, communication, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
