Growth Marketing Specialist

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Track the end-to-end customer journey from awareness and cross-channel engagement through conversion, growth, and churn.
• Optimize lead acquisition, engagement, retention, and handoffs between Marketing and partner teams through automated workflows.
• Build dashboards combining web traffic, Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing technology data.
• Measure campaign, activation, digital outreach, and trade show ROI to inform attribution and budget allocation.
• Support integrated digital, content, event, and partner campaigns targeting ISPs, telcos, and resellers; travel as needed to support trade shows.
• Improve marketing data infrastructure and promote accurate, transparent access to a single source of truth.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience as a marketing data analyst, ideally in B2B hardware, telecommunications, or deep-tech.
• Experience with cross-channel measurement and automated workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing for landing pages, social media, and email outreach.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or an equivalent platform.
• Strong data integrity, analytical, modeling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience tracking performance across international markets and regional lead sources.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, R, or Python skills.
• Partner marketing and customer success storytelling experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, ideally after a spin-out or funding round.
