Game Release Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work available after the first three months

What you will do

• Create tasks for new game launches based on vendor roadmaps.
• Add and update games in the calendar and maintain relevant game assets in the community.
• Support project management and maintain an overview of casino game releases.
• Build strong relationships with gaming vendors and understand client casino-content needs.
• Track vendor features and releases, keeping the product manager informed.
• Maintain accurate vendor information in the CRM.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and software release management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online iGaming industry.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, proactive self-management, teamwork, and a client-oriented attitude.
• Experience in customer support is valued; software implementation, data-based analysis, marketing, or IT/telecoms experience is advantageous.
