Game Release Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work is available after the first three months of employment.

What you will do

• Create tasks for new game launches based on vendor roadmaps.
• Add and update games in the calendar and maintain relevant game assets in the community.
• Manage relationships with existing gaming platform vendors and support onboarding for newly contracted vendors.
• Build product knowledge across games, features, key markets, and casino content requirements.
• Assist with project management and develop solutions for operational and marketing challenges.
• Keep the product manager informed about vendor features and releases, and maintain accurate CRM information.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and software release management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, and client-oriented skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.

Nice to have

• Customer support experience.
• Experience with software implementation projects.
• Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting, and statistics.
• Exposure to marketing activities or experience in IT, telecommunications, or a similar technical field.
