Junior Creative PM (AI)

Location: Fully remote; available anywhere, including Ukraine, Poland, Europe, Romania, Georgia, and Cyprus

What you will do

• Prepare and assign design briefs to in-house designers and external creative teams using established templates.
• Track creative tasks, deadlines, vendor assignments, and weekly promotional launch status.
• Perform initial quality control of creatives, checking specifications, dimensions, languages, and grammar.
• Collect source files, clarify requirements for creative variations, and organize assets in the database.
• Maintain consistent file naming and structure, upload promotional packs, and hand over assets to media buyers.

Requirements

• Experience working with Asana and Google Sheets.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Basic working knowledge of Figma and FigJam for reviewing creatives, adjusting formats, and creating simple presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and external vendors independently while following established processes.
• Basic understanding of digital creative production workflows.
