PMO Specialist with German (AI)

What you will do

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination, governance, and progress tracking.
• Manage project documentation and SharePoint structures.
• Prepare management presentations, project reports, and financial forecast files.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, follow-up activities, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Verify invoices, upload customer contract documents, initiate signature workflows, and support payment processing.

Requirements

• Extensive PMO or project management experience in complex IT or transformation environments.
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
• German at C1 level required.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Regular, responsible use of AI tools is required, including prompt structuring, output validation, and ownership of final results.
