Senior Agile Coach with German

What you will do

• Develop project plans, establish shared objectives, and align delivery activities with customer expectations.
• Manage resources, workloads, estimates, schedules, dependencies, and project financial performance.
• Identify risks and blockers, create mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution through delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain transparent collaboration with clients, delivery teams, and partners.
• Improve processes, optimize costs and timelines, and secure customer sign-off on critical milestones.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops, structure organizational knowledge, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects, including fixed-price projects.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and experience delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and other specialists.
• Experience with process analysis, process improvement, governance frameworks, Agile ways of working, change management, and organizational alignment.
• Regular use of AI tools for productivity, automation, decision-making, and quality improvement, with responsible validation of AI outputs.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Technical background in IT systems or software development.
• PMI-ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certification.
