Localization Project Manager (Clinical Trial Technology)

Location: Bucharest or Iaşi, Romania

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between internal eCOA, Technical Solutions, Design, and project management teams.
• Manage translation vendor communication for questionnaire development and client localization requirements.
• Research translation and eCOA requirements, including layout, formatting, and device display.
• Provide English JSON files and screen reports to translation vendors and route translated files to Technical Solutions for implementation.
• Create and proofread questionnaire screen reports, ensuring that all required content appears in the correct order.
• Coordinate revisions and translation timelines across technical teams, vendors, and client-facing project managers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong localization experience and an interest in language, research, and pharmaceutical technology.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and the ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational, detail-orientation, self-motivation, and professional communication skills.
