Mental Health Provider - Part Time 24 hours

Location: Draper, Utah, United States; hybrid schedule with two days in the office and one remote day per week

Salary: $51,000–$66,000 per year for 24 hours per week

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy modalities and interventions.
• Lead support and psychoeducation groups, webinars, and workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to support integrated continuity of care.
• Document clinical progress in the EMR and complete administrative tasks using computer applications.
• Address patients’ social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessment and treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s-level licensed mental health clinician, such as an LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• If pursuing independent licensure, obtain licensure within two years of the hire date.
• BLS certification or certification upon hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness and related psychological issues.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, exercise decisive judgment, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability for a three-day schedule, Wednesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with two days in the office.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders with evidence-based methods.
• Experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management.
