Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - California

Location: Remote, US; California licensure required

Rate: $80 per visit (45-minute visits plus administrative time)

What you will do

• Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop therapeutic interventions, and monitor treatment progress.
• Support patients through between-session messaging and communicate with the clinical team through the EMR.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation and comply with federal and state therapy regulations.
• Help design and provide therapy services and programs for diverse patient and community populations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active California-eligible clinical license required upon hire, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD.
• At least 2 years of therapy experience, including experience serving trans and queer communities.
• Previous telehealth experience and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital applications.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, self-motivation, and independent working skills.
• Experience working with diverse groups and commitment to an empowerment-, transparency-, and collaboration-based model of care.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages.
• Interest in obtaining additional state licenses as services expand.
