Analyst Relations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage relationships with priority industry analysts by coordinating briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions.
• Lead participation in major analyst evaluations, including submissions, executive interviews, and final report distribution.
• Develop analyst-friendly messaging, presentations, and product demonstrations with Product Marketing and Product Management.
• Track analyst research agendas, market trends, competitive insights, and coverage areas.
• Share analyst findings with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal stakeholders to support strategy and enablement.
• Provide feedback on product and marketing content and help position hirify.global in market guides and vendor evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Background in retail banking, particularly in solutions or operations, is suitable; previous analyst relations experience is not required.
• Strong understanding of fraud, anti-money laundering, or broader financial crime compliance.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Strong project management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a global role or with multiple offices.
• Knowledge of analyst methodologies, vendor positioning, fintech competition, and financial crime technologies.
• Experience working with executives, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and internal or external service providers.
• Experience measuring marketing effectiveness and the ROI of analyst engagement.
