What you will do

• Build and lead a world-class AR program to position hirify.global as the undisputed leader in the emerging AI SOC category.
• Direct participation in major research reports such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, KuppingerCole Leadership Compass, and Frost & Sullivan Radar.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to distill advanced Agentic AI concepts into strategic insights.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market trends from analysts to refine Product Marketing and GTM strategies.
• Coach C-suite executives and technical founders for high-stakes analyst briefings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Analyst Relations or Corporate Communications.
• Proven track record of success in the B2B cybersecurity space.
• Deep understanding of SOC personas, pain points, and the impact of agentic AI on security operations.
• Expertise in navigating the methodologies and playbooks of Gartner and other major analyst firms.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into high-level strategic narratives.
