What you will do

• Design and deliver transactional member communications across the customer lifecycle.
• Create customer-centric materials aligned with brand and tone of voice guidelines.
• Utilize member insights, analytics, and behavioral economics to improve communication effectiveness.
• Manage communication projects effectively within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Collaborate with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
• Analyze performance data and optimize engagement across multiple channels to enhance member outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience developing and delivering customer-facing communications, campaigns, or engagement activities.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce publication-ready content.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working within a marketing, communications, or creative agency environment.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge of communication composition tools such as Quadient Interactive.
