Senior Reward Specialist

Location: Preferred locations are Buenos Aires, Argentina; Monte Mor, Brazil; and Polanco, Mexico City. Candidates may also be based in any American country where hirify.global has an established office. No career migration or relocation support is available.

Annual base salary in the United States: $86,700–$111,400, plus eligibility for a 10% performance incentive.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end compensation and benefits processes across assigned countries in the Americas.
• Participate in market benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluation, and reward reporting.
• Support annual compensation reviews and variable pay processes, ensuring accurate data and execution.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for compensation decisions.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders and collaborate with regional and global partners.
• Deliver reward projects, process improvements, compliance activities, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or a related area, preferably in multicultural or multi-country environments.
• Knowledge of market benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and salary surveys from providers such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Korn Ferry.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with regional or global projects, process optimization, and automation.
• Professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is required.
