Senior Reward Specialist

Location: Preferred locations are Buenos Aires, Argentina; Monte Mor, Brazil; and Polanco, Mexico City. Candidates may also be based in any Latin American country where hirify.global has an established office. No career migration or relocation support is offered.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end compensation, benefits, and reward processes across assigned countries in the Americas.
• Participate in market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary surveys, and reward reporting.
• Support annual compensation reviews and variable pay processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for compensation decisions and business needs.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders and collaborate with regional and global partners to adapt reward programs to local requirements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and confidentiality expectations while contributing to reward and HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or a related area, ideally in multicultural or multi-country environments.
• Knowledge of market benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and salary surveys from providers such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Korn Ferry.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with regional or global projects, process optimization, and automation, supported by strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is required.
