Executive Compensation Analyst (AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, Remote-Colorado, or Remote-Minnesota. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $115,600–$158,900 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project plans for annual equity awards, executive benchmarking, and Compensation Committee deliverables.
• Model executive pay structures, long-term incentive pools, share burn rates, and dilution scenarios.
• Drive 401(k) governance through scenario modeling, match efficiency evaluations, and regulatory compliance workflows.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance leaders to translate complex financial data into clear presentations and recommendations.
• Apply AI tools, advanced analytics, and automation to improve compensation modeling and reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive compensation experience covering broad-based compensation design, executive compensation, equity strategy, and 401(k) governance.
• Experience creating data models and presentation materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings.
• Ability to independently manage cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Practical experience applying AI tools and automation to analytical workflows.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and Fidelity platforms.
