Senior Analyst, Talent Management (HR)

Location: US, Arlington, VA

Salary: $87,000–$104,550 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Support the implementation and execution of global Talent Management programs and processes with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Coordinate global performance management cycles, including goal setting, development conversations, onboarding-related processes, and year-end activities.
• Support talent reviews, Talent Dialogue processes, competency and leadership assessments, and 360-degree feedback programs.
• Analyze talent data and trends to inform employee development, succession planning, and business objectives.
• Co-lead leadership development programs, including participant coordination, external partner collaboration, mentoring, communications, and delivery support.
• Develop communications, presentations, training materials, and practical guidance for employees, people leaders, and HR teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, performance management, talent reviews, employee assessments, or leadership development.
• Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Comfort working in a global and cross-functional environment.
