SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) (AWS)

What you will do

• Build and enhance software features and automated testing solutions for cloud-based applications.
• Analyze and resolve complex end-to-end issues across distributed systems.
• Define and implement test strategies covering quality, security, usability, and accessibility.
• Review code and promote engineering best practices across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, reduce technical debt, mentor colleagues, and research emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing and testing enterprise applications with Java or other JVM-based languages.
• Expertise with AWS cloud services, including serverless and containerized solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, test-driven development, and automation frameworks.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, APIs, modern architecture patterns, web security, and API security.
• Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
