What you will do

• Standardise test processes, tooling, and reporting across all testing levels.
• Lead the Test/QA community, gather feedback, and incorporate it into testing standards and practices.
• Monitor test metrics and trends, identify anomalies, and coordinate corrective action.
• Support development teams in adopting standardised testing processes and tools.
• Drive improvements in testing maturity, reducing production issues and test phase lead times.

Requirements

• Academic education combined with relevant professional Test/QA experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with test methodologies, tools, processes, and implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different stakeholders.
• Confidence in influencing and motivating others and exchanging constructive feedback.
