Customer Technical Project Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Manage complex telecommunications projects with end-to-end accountability for delivery, integration and customer acceptance.
• Plan and coordinate production deployments, migrations and transformation initiatives across multiple environments.
• Lead deployment readiness forums, technical workstreams, integration, verification and validation activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact, aligning expectations, priorities, objectives and delivery plans.
• Coordinate engineering, operations and third-party teams to resolve technical issues, incidents and deployment challenges.
• Manage governance, quality standards, KPIs, risks, documentation and pre-sales support.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing complex, cross-domain technical projects.
• Experience with telecom core networks, cloud and data center environments.
• Experience leading production deployments, migrations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of system engineering, integration, configuration and change management.
• Fluent English and strong leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
