Data Processing Technical Project Manager (Earth Observation)

Location: Hybrid, based in the UK, Spain, Portugal, or Greece. Legal right to work in the chosen location is required.

What you will do

• Manage the development of data processing deliverables for external customer projects.
• Manage internal data processing products and the evolution of the DataCosmos geospatial data platform.
• Coordinate execution with Delivery Project Managers and Technical Team Leaders.
• Align technical teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain focus on business objectives.
• Define and apply software engineering methodologies, delivery processes, and best practices.
• Ensure reliable, consistent, on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Understanding of Earth observation systems and image processing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery control.
• Understanding of customer and business objectives and their translation into technical and delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of supplier and subcontractor governance, cost, and quality oversight.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, development lifecycles, and best practices.
• Legal right to work in the chosen UK, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek location. CV must be submitted in English.
