What you will do

• Drive and coordinate overall project management for digital twin development.
• Translate product requirements into structured implementation plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary stakeholders across R&D functions and interfaces.
• Ensure transparency regarding project status, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Monitor progress across all disciplines and actively drive the resolution of obstacles.
• Facilitate coordination, reporting, and escalation processes with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management within complex development environments (software, technology, automation, or logistics).
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of development processes in technical and innovation-oriented organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency (German is an advantage).
• Ability to manage processes in matrix organizations without formal authority.
