Composite Technician III-2nd Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Briggs, Texas, United States (north of Cedar Park); second shift.

What you will do

• Fabricate complex aerospace-grade composite structures for production and development programs.
• Perform advanced layups, structural builds, vacuum bagging, and cure cycle operations with minimal supervision.
• Identify scarf back plies and complete structural repairs.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
• Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions while maintaining AS9100 material-handling compliance.
• Support tooling and manufacturability discussions, mentor junior technicians, and drive quality and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of composite manufacturing experience; aerospace experience is preferred.
• Advanced expertise in layup, bonding, and cure processes.
• Experience building flight-critical or high-complexity hardware.
• Proficiency with pneumatic tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
• Experience in an AS9100 or similarly regulated environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR regulations.
