Commercial Contracts Specialist (SaaS)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid workplace

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Optimize commercial deal support by scaling contracting processes, forms, and resources.
• Partner with attorneys to structure, draft, negotiate, and close large customer contracts and complex transactions.
• Manage communications with prospective and existing customers throughout the contracting process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams to drive agreements to execution.
• Advise internal partners on contract-related questions, best practices, and escalation priorities.
• Support special projects and develop scalable systems that increase the contracting team's impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating software and SaaS agreements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, recordkeeping, and contractual term tracking.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with adaptability in a changing business environment.
• Effective collaboration, communication, writing, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outside standard business hours when needed.
