Business Readiness Analyst (Pensions)

Location: Any regional city-centre office in the UK with a hybrid workstyle

What you will do

• Prepare the pensions administration business for new systems, processes, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
• Support change management by bridging project delivery and operational adoption.
• Engage stakeholders, including pension scheme members and trustees.
• Plan and execute communications, training, and user adoption activities.
• Conduct analysis and reporting while supporting projects, change initiatives, and problem solving.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working with UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes.
• Experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Planning, organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Understanding of pension scheme and client onboarding principles and practices.
• Experience with operational readiness and delivery disciplines.
