Business Process Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Produce future-state business process models in BPMN 2.0 Level 1 Descriptive format.
• Interpret functional requirements, business rules, and target operating model components.
• Decompose end-to-end journeys into logical process steps and reusable subprocesses.
• Maintain traceability to Jira stories, system interactions, regulatory obligations, outputs, and procedures.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs with internal teams and client subject-matter experts.
• Support QA, Business Readiness, Solution Consultants, and Project Managers throughout delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or wealth management.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or process modelling, including at least 2 years of hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling.
• Knowledge of Canadian wealth concepts, including RRSP, TFSA, RIF, and LIF products.
• Understanding of investment product types, capital markets infrastructure, and relevant regulatory environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have
