Senior Legal Counsel

What you will do

• Act as a trusted legal business partner, identifying business needs, compliance gaps, and appropriate legal solutions.
• Lead commercial contracting activities, including drafting and negotiating contracts and maintaining templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams to align global policies, contract management, and quality control.
• Raise awareness of compliance requirements and promote compliance across business units.
• Coordinate legal support for customer dealmaking, antitrust, export control, ethics, cybersecurity, and dispute prevention.

Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent law degree.
• 7+ years of legal and compliance experience; in-house experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and excellent English contract drafting skills.
• Proven experience dealing with change and AI transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, independence, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
