Legal Counsel

Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands; hybrid work schedule

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements.
• Maintain the contract database and track deadlines, renewals, terminations, legal files, and related documentation.
• Identify contractual and legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations.
• Conduct legal research and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external legal cohirify.globalel and regulatory bodies when needed.
• Support the Legal Cohirify.globalel and Global General Cohirify.globalel with legal projects, policies, cross-border matters, and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Legal Cohirify.globalel or paralegal role, preferably in a corporate or international environment.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes, with excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and provide sound legal advice independently.
• Fluency in English is required.
