Legal Counsel (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Delft, Netherlands

Salary: €5,500–€6,000 per month

What you will do

• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, compliance issues, and commercially balanced solutions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, partnership, and other commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts.
• Support data protection and privacy compliance under GDPR and other applicable regulations.
• Manage and protect intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and align business practices with current requirements.
• Support corporate governance, strategic transactions, legal research, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Law degree and 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel.
• Strong knowledge of commercial agreements, SaaS, corporate law, and data protection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken, required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology business.
• German language skills.
