What you will do

• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Review, draft, and negotiate business contracts, including customer, supplier, and partnership agreements.
• Support data protection and privacy compliance, specifically regarding GDPR.
• Manage and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure business practices align with current laws.
• Provide support on corporate governance and strategic transactions.

Requirements

• JD degree in law.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a business environment.
• Solid knowledge of commercial agreements (including SaaS), corporate law, and data protection.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Pro-active, business-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a tech business.
• Proficiency in German.
