What you will do

• Own the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process, ensuring proper routing, execution, and storage of all agreements.
• Draft and negotiate procurement and vendor agreements, including NDAs, SaaS licenses, and professional services SOWs.
• Manage contract repository hygiene, tracking renewals, notice periods, and key risk fields.
• Identify and escalate privacy, data protection (GDPR), security, and IP risks in vendor engagements.
• Collaborate with procurement, product, and finance teams to ensure commercial alignment and internal approvals.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, standard clauses, and negotiation playbooks.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the US, EU, or UK with 2+ years of PQE or equivalent commercial contracting experience.
• English: Native or near-native professional fluency (C2).
• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., JD, or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology and SaaS procurement contracts.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, security, and IP issues, including DPAs and cross-border data transfers.
• Experience owning or contributing to contract operations and CLM tool administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with GDPR concepts and security addenda.
• Specialization in IP clauses for software and services agreements.
