Commercial Contracts Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote-first; candidates based in Europe or the US

What you will do

• Own contract lifecycle management across customer, vendor, NDA, partnership, amendment, and renewal agreements.
• Route, review, execute, store, maintain, and improve the searchability of contracts in the contract management system.
• Track renewals, notice periods, auto-renewals, amendments, and other key contract dates.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, amendments, and renewals.
• Identify and escalate risks involving payment terms, privacy, data protection, security, intellectual property, confidential information, model training data, subprocessors, and system access.
• Partner with procurement, product, finance, and legal stakeholders while maintaining templates and supporting efficient approvals.

Requirements

• Native-level or near-native professional English.
• 3+ years of experience as a contract analyst, contract manager, or in a similar commercial contracts role.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts, including SaaS procurement, vendor and services agreements, licensing, statements of work, and NDAs.
• Strong working knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools and experience managing multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Understanding of EU, US, and UK contracting principles, including liability, indemnities, warranties, confidentiality, data security, privacy, audit rights, termination, and intellectual property.
• Experience as a power user or system administrator for a CLM, CRM, or finance platform, with clear business-focused communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Juro or similar CLM tools.
• Experience with privacy and security contracting, including data processing agreements and security addenda.
• Experience handling intellectual property clauses in software and services agreements.
