What you will do

• Advise on national and international corporate law and governance matters including M&A.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Tax departments on strategic transactions.
• Support the legal team in litigation and dispute matters of varying complexity.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Translate legal complexity into clear, actionable advice for executive management.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in law.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer or legal counsel.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in corporate law in an international setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience working with C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
