Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate Law (Semiconductors)

Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands; based at hirify.global’s headquarters

What you will do

• Advise on national and international corporate law and corporate governance matters.
• Support M&A and other strategic transactions with pragmatic, high-quality legal guidance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Tax departments on complex business matters.
• Support litigation and dispute matters of varying complexity.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel across jurisdictions.
• Advise executive management and local organizations worldwide in collaboration with global legal colleagues.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer or legal counsel.
• Completed university degree in law.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in corporate law in an international setting.
• Experience working with Finance, Treasury, and/or Tax departments.
• Proven experience working with C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
