Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and enterprise product demonstrations.
• Design tailored solutions for complex accounting environments with multiple entities, ERPs, and workflows.
• Engage Controllers, Finance Systems, and IT teams to identify requirements, data challenges, and integration needs.
• Scope integration approaches across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other enterprise systems with Product and Engineering.
• Configure demo and sandbox environments for customer proof-of-concepts.
• Connect Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation while sharing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Consulting within enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of accounting operations or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or SOX-compliant enterprise environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts through clear, value-driven business conversations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with CFOs, Controllers, and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, workflow automation, AI, and automation technologies.
