Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid with office attendance 3 days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. Travel: 25%, including Denver, Colorado and Berlin, Germany.

Compensation: USD 115,000–150,000 OTE per year.

What you will do

• Create and deliver tailored demos and presentations connecting hirify.global products and AI tools to persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Partner with sales to prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies.
• Build and maintain go-to-market assets, including pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards, and competitor intelligence.
• Analyze product messaging consistency, win/loss trends, and engagement data to improve go-to-market performance.
• Enable sales through product training, best-practice guidance, and hands-on deal support.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or a strong product background.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and the ability to create polished, structured, and visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and stakeholders, including leading calls and presentations for large audiences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement from the New York office and must not require immigration sponsorship.
