Lending Services Analyst

Location: Permanent hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with 2 days in the office

What you will do

• Interpret, clarify, document, test, and implement lender product, policy, serviceability, and qualification changes.
• Coordinate product updates and releases with Simpology, NexGen, and relevant Mortgage Choice broker systems.
• Support brokers through email, telephone, and the Lending Advice Forum on systems, lending policies, complex scenarios, and deal structuring.
• Provide credit coaching and develop reference resources to improve broker capability and application quality.
• Troubleshoot lender product, policy, qualification, and broker-system issues and coordinate resolution with external partners.
• Maintain lender qualification specifications, internal processes, system information, and audit responses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential lending, preferably across multiple lenders
• Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, interpretation, communication, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, take ownership, and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge and capability.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of ApplyOnline and/or LoanApp.
