AI Solutions Architect NA - Defense

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for hirify.global AI software offerings across presales activities.
• Develop defense-industry knowledge and support AI solution integration in secure, regulated environments.
• Translate complex AI concepts into customer value propositions and customized solution engagements.
• Design and implement AI proof-of-concept projects, workflow examples, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Deliver AI software training for customers, internal teams, and partners, and create technical documentation and best-practice guides.
• Collaborate with business development, sales, marketing, product, experience, engineering, partner, and customer teams to define end-to-end workflows and expand solution adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering and software experience, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Strong proficiency with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or C++, with experience in both languages.
• Experience developing enterprise data science projects and software in cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments, including DevOps.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
