Solutions Architect (AI): Growing hirify.global’s Public Sector business and technical pre-sales/post-sales by understanding customer problems and mapping them to hirify.global solutions with an accent on technical relationship ownership and building Proof of Concepts. Focus on designing novel enterprise solutions with bleeding-edge NLP technology and collaborating with product/engineering to meet customer needs.

Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC. Must have a Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Lead technical discussions with public sector customers.
• Design novel enterprise solutions using NLP and AI technology.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and Proof of Concepts (PoC’s).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs.
• Work with partners to develop strategies for customer enablement.
• Gather customer insights to shape future product development.

Requirements

• Must have: Security Clearance
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post-sales Solutions Architect experience, preferably in the public sector.
• 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions.
• Proficiency with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to implement processes in unstructured environments.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, cert management, etc).
• Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth, etc).
