AI Solutions Engineer

Salary: $100,000–$182,400 per year

What you will do

• Scope, design, and build applications and infrastructure components for application hosting solutions.
• Build intelligent agentic AI solutions that streamline business processes and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Develop utilities, tools, data fixes, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations for implementations and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal staff, external development vendors, and customer development teams.
• Participate in professional development and support the growth of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of application development experience in a cloud-based environment, specifically AWS.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing AI- and agent-based solutions, including agents on MCP servers, Amazon Bedrock Agent Core, and LLM provider API integrations.
• Experience optimizing AI solutions for token efficiency and performance and integrating data between systems through APIs.
• Strong AWS architecture knowledge, including containers, serverless architecture, security, and networking; Python and JavaScript development experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP, NodeJS, React, and RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Experience using Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code.
